Be prepared for delays
Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual for some product categories. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
We’re closely communicating with our fulfillment center to make sure they can supply us with adequate stock levels from their distributed network of wholesalers. Consumers are generally more patient during this time, as even Amazon has expressed that it’s experiencing delays of up to 1 month.
Our fulfillment estimates are shown in business days. Estimates are current as of April 8, 2020.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Please describe the problem in as much detail as you can. If possible, please send us any relative images that can illustrate the problem as well.
Once claim submitted, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Reasons for Returns
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Size Exchanges – Size exchanges are to be offered at customer’s expense. Customers will need to request for a return and make a new order for an updated size. We strongly recommend that you refer to the product measurements provided for each product.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first. A refund will not be issued for any unapproved returns.
It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (mugs etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve made the following tables to help you out.
